Kitchen and bath cabinets, vanities and heavy stone or laminate counters detached and removed without damaging walls you plan to keep.
Cabinets look simple until you start to take them out. They are screwed to studs and to each other, trimmed into walls and sometimes glued to the floor, and granite and quartz counters can weigh hundreds of pounds. Pulling them out without gouging walls and floors takes planning and the right tools.
We disconnect and cap plumbing with your plumber, detach sinks, appliances and hardware and unscrew or cut cabinets in sections that can be carried out safely. Heavy stone is lifted by a team with the right equipment. You choose whether we donate, set aside for reuse or haul everything to disposal.
Granite, quartz and marble slabs crack easily and weigh a lot. We lift them in one piece when you want to reuse them and break them down safely when you do not.
Careful removal avoids unnecessary damage to drywall and flooring. If you plan to keep the walls, we tell you what repairs to expect around the old cabinets.
Many cabinets and fixtures can go to a second home. We can remove them carefully for reuse or arrange donation pickup where it is available.
Sinks, dishwashers and gas ranges need proper disconnection. We coordinate with your plumber and gas provider and never cut live lines.
