Footings, foundation walls, basements and slabs excavated or broken out and the hole backfilled and compacted.
Below grade, the old structure is not gone until the foundation is dealt with. Footings, basement walls, crawl space piers and slabs can sit under the soil for decades and block new construction, pools, driveways and utilities.
We confirm with your builder or engineer what must be removed and what may remain. We expose the foundation, break it with hydraulic equipment, separate rebar and haul the concrete and block to a recycler. Basement voids are cleaned, filled with approved material and compacted in layers. We grade the lot and document the work so your builder knows exactly what is below. Because so much of the work happens out of sight, we photograph each stage and measure the depth we reach, so you and your builder have an exact record of what was removed and what was left in the ground. That record is useful for inspections and for any future owner of the lot.
Your new construction may need a clean footprint, or it may reuse part of the old foundation. We confirm what the engineer wants before we dig.
A basement is a large void. We remove walls and slab as needed, drain and clean the space and fill it in compacted lifts.
Breaking foundations is loud and shakes the ground. We plan equipment and hours to limit impact on neighbors and nearby structures.
We photograph the work and note what remains in the ground, which helps your builder and any future owner.

You tell us about the project, the timeline and any concerns, and we set a time to visit that fits your day.
We walk the structure and the lot, check access, utilities and likely hazards and take photos and measurements.
We prepare the written scope, coordinate permits, surveys and utility disconnects and set up fencing and dust control.
The work proceeds in a planned order with water on dust and materials sorted for recycling.
Debris is loaded and hauled away on schedule, and the site is swept and kept tidy.
We grade the lot, sweep for nails and debris, take photos and walk the finished work with you.
Not always. It depends on your plans, and your builder or engineer decides.
We remove the walls and slab as needed and fill the void with compacted material.
Standard residential foundations are well within our equipment range.
Some vibration is normal. We plan equipment and technique to limit it.
Yes. We photograph and note what is left in the ground.
