Every remodel starts with demolition. Here is how to plan the tear-out so the rebuild starts clean, on time and without surprises.
A remodel is only as smooth as its first week. The tear-out sets the schedule for plumbers, electricians, framers and finishers, and anything found behind the walls changes the plan. Good demolition protects what stays, removes what goes and shows you what is hiding before the budget is locked.
We walk the space with you and your contractor, mark what stays, protect floors and the path out and remove finishes in a planned order. Utilities are coordinated with the right trades. If we find rot, old wiring or hazardous materials, we stop and show you, so decisions are made with facts and not in a rush.
What stays and what goes agreed in advance.
Floors, doors and the path out covered.
Shut-off and capping by the right trades.
Rot and old wiring shown to you early.
