Single-wides, double-wides and older manufactured homes dismantled and removed, with utilities, skirting and pads cleared.
Older mobile and manufactured homes often reach a point where repair does not make sense: water damage, failing floors, sagging roofs and outdated systems. Removing one involves more than knocking it down, because the home sits on piers, ties and utilities that must be dealt with properly.
We check for utility connections, tie-downs, skirting, porches and decks, and we coordinate disconnects before work begins. Then we dismantle the home in sections, separating metal, wood and fixtures for recycling and hauling the rest. Piers, pads and leftover debris are cleared, and the lot is graded and left clean for your next use.
Electric, water, sewer and sometimes propane connect to the home. We make sure each is shut off and capped, and we remove straps and anchors safely.
Steel frames, aluminum, copper and appliances have recycling value. Sorting them during demolition reduces disposal and often lowers cost.
Older manufactured homes may contain asbestos in flooring or insulation, or lead in paint. We recommend a survey before demolition.
Piers, skirting, porches and pads are removed as agreed. We grade the ground and leave it ready for a new home, a garden or sale.
