The final sweep, rake and grade that leaves a clean, level site with no nails, glass, wire or concrete left behind.
A site is not finished when the machines stop. Small debris, nails, glass, wire and bits of concrete hide in the soil and surface after demolition, and they cause flat tires, injuries and unhappy builders. Thorough cleanup is what makes a lot truly ready.
We run magnets over the surface for nails and metal, hand-pick and rake debris, scrape the final grade and remove the last piles. We check the edges, the driveway apron and the street and sweep what we find. We photograph the finished site and walk it with you before we call it done. We also walk the property line with you and the builder before we leave, so any questions about the edges, the street frontage or a shared fence are settled while the crew is still on site.
Nails, screws, glass and broken tile are common after demolition. We use magnetic sweepers and hand tools to remove them.
We rake and scrape the surface to a clean final grade that matches the plan, with no mounds, holes or ruts.
We clean mud and debris from the street and apron and leave the edges tidy.
Photos before and after, plus a walk-through with you, confirm the lot is as agreed.
