The first call and site visit
We ask about the project, then visit to see the structure, the access and the lot. You receive honest feedback on what the job involves.
We take photos and measurements for the written scope.
The written scope
A proposal lists what comes down, what stays, the foundation plan, hazards, hauling and the final condition of the site. We review it with you.
Nothing starts until you are comfortable.
Permits, surveys and utilities
Before demolition, the hazard survey, permits and utility disconnects are arranged. They take time, so we start them early.
We keep you updated on each one.
Protection and set-up
Fencing, dust control, erosion controls and neighbor notices go up, and equipment arrives. Trees and structures to keep are marked and protected.
You receive a start date and a contact number.
Demolition and hauling
The structure comes down in a planned order, material is sorted and loaded and trucks haul it away. Water controls dust.
You can see progress daily.
Final grading and walk-through
We sweep for nails and debris, grade the lot and walk it with you. You receive photos and receipts.
Questions are answered before we leave.
Expect a site visit, a written scope, early permits and utilities, protection, careful demolition and a final walk-through.
