Sheds, barns, workshops and detached structures dismantled or knocked down, with timber and metal salvaged when it makes sense.
Across Middle Tennessee, old barns, sheds, workshops and farm buildings are part of the landscape. Some are beautiful, some are dangerous and many are simply in the way. Taking them down safely takes more care than it looks, because weakened timber can fail without warning.
We inspect the structure before we approach it, brace or pull it down in a controlled way and sort materials as they come out. Old barn timber, tin roofing, metal and brick often have value and can be set aside for reuse or recycling. When the structure is down, we clear the site, fill any pits and leave the ground clean and graded.
Rotten posts and failing roofs can collapse unpredictably. We assess the structure and use equipment that keeps people out of the fall zone.
Hand-hewn beams, barn wood, tin and metal are in demand. We can salvage for reuse, arrange sale or credit toward the job where it fits.
Old buildings may hold chemicals, tires, equipment and animals. We help you plan removal before demolition, and we recommend testing when we see old paint or insulation.
Concrete pads, buried debris and old fencing may remain. We clear what is agreed and grade the ground so the area is usable again.
