In-ground and above-ground pools removed, with the shell broken, filled and compacted so your yard is ready for new plans.
A pool that is no longer used is a liability and an expense. Removing it turns a hazard into usable space for a patio, a new pool, an outdoor kitchen or a lawn. A full removal is a large project, because the shell, the plumbing and the fill all have to be handled correctly.
We drain the pool safely, disconnect and cap the plumbing and electric, and then break or remove the shell. Fiberglass pools are lifted out and hauled, and concrete and gunite pools are broken into pieces with the bottom opened for drainage. We fill the void with clean fill in compacted layers so the ground does not settle, grade the area and leave the yard ready for the next step.
Full removal takes out the entire shell. A partial demolition breaks the bottom and walls and fills in place. Local rules and your plans decide which fits.
Pool water has to drain properly, and pumps, heaters and electrical lines need to be shut off and capped by the right trades first.
Fill placed in layers and compacted prevents the sinking that can ruin a yard later. The quality of fill and compaction matters more than speed.
Pool removal often needs a permit and may affect records for the property. We explain what applies and help with the paperwork.

The work proceeds in a planned order with water on dust and materials sorted for recycling.
Debris is loaded and hauled away on schedule, and the site is swept and kept tidy.
We grade the lot, sweep for nails and debris, take photos and walk the finished work with you.
Most pools take several days to a week or more, depending on size, access and fill.
Properly compacted fill minimizes settling. We explain the method and the limits.
