Complete house removal, from utility disconnects and permits to the last load of debris and a clean, level lot.
Taking down a house is a project with many steps, and the demolition itself is only one of them. Utilities must be disconnected, permits arranged, neighbors considered and the debris sorted and hauled. Done well, the old house disappears quickly and the lot is left clean, level and ready for what comes next.
We start with a site visit, walk the property with you and confirm the scope: the house, the foundation, the driveway, trees and anything else on the list. We coordinate permits and utility disconnects, set up fencing and dust control, bring in the right equipment and remove the structure in a planned sequence. Debris is loaded as it comes down, the foundation is handled as agreed and the lot is graded and cleaned at the end.
Utility shut-offs, a hazard survey for older homes, permits and neighbor notice all come first. Skipping any of them creates delays, fines or danger, so we treat them as part of the job.
Interiors are stripped and sorted first where recycling is planned, then the structure comes down in controlled sections from the top, with water used on dust and debris loaded as it falls.
Foundations, footings, slabs and basements can stay, be broken out or be backfilled, depending on your plans. We agree on this before work starts so the lot matches what your builder needs.
We remove debris, fill and compact holes as agreed, grade the soil and leave the lot raked and clean, with no trace of the old house. Photos before and after document the result.
